Delivery

We ship within the Netherlands only.

Delivery is €6,95 on every order. Minimum order value €20.

All prices include VAT.

Orders are packed by hand in Amsterdam. Jars travel in a protective sleeve and grissini in a rigid box, so they arrive intact.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments with iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your payment details.

Send a photo of the parcel and the product to orders@botteganoord.nl within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.

We replace damaged items in your next shipment, or refund them, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send anything back.

This is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Sealed food products can be returned only while the seal is unbroken. Once a pack has been opened we cannot accept it back, for reasons of hygiene.

Tell us by email at orders@botteganoord.nl within those 14 days. A model withdrawal form is in our Terms & Conditions.

Return postage is at your cost.

We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
