Shipping & returns
Bottega Noord ships within the Netherlands only. Every order is packed by hand in Amsterdam: jars in a protective sleeve, grissini in a rigid box so they arrive unbroken.
Delivery times
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day leave the same day; later orders are packed the next working day.
Delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days. You receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Shipping costs
Delivery within the Netherlands is €5.95, and free on orders of €50 or more. The exact amount is shown in the final checkout step, before you pay.
All shop prices include 9% Dutch VAT.
Payment
Checkout runs on Shopify Payments with iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your payment details.
Damaged or missing items
Glass can break in transit. Send a photo of the parcel and the product to orders@botteganoord.nl within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge or refund you.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the packaging is unopened and the product is still within its shelf life. Return postage is at your own cost; we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
