The discount

Code AUTUMN26 gives 20% off all products in the shop. Minimum order value 20 euro. Delivery is 6,95 euro and is not discounted. The code cannot be combined with any other discount or code. We deliver within the Netherlands only.

Every 5th order that comes in is free

We count all orders placed with code AUTUMN26, in the sequence they arrive. The 5th, 10th, 15th order and so on has the product value paid refunded in full. Delivery is not refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: this is the sequence of all orders placed with the code together, not the number of orders you place yourself. Your first order could be the 5th that comes in. Your fifth order could fall outside the count.

You take part automatically as soon as you use code AUTUMN26 at checkout. Orders placed without the code do not take part and are not counted.

Orders placed with the code are counted in the sequence they are received, across the whole promotion period. The 5th, 10th, 15th order and so on qualify. Cancelled orders are removed from the count and the count moves up.

We identify qualifying orders from our own order records. No like, comment, follow or other action is required.

If you place a qualifying order we contact you by email within 5 working days and refund the product value paid to your original payment method within 14 days.

If fewer than five orders are placed with the code during the period, no refund is awarded. The count does not carry over after 30 November 2026.

The total prize value of this promotion is capped at 4.500 euro. If that amount is reached the count ends and we will say so on this page. Orders that have already qualified are always paid out.

Taking part is free. The only cost is the order itself.

Tax

The prize value per order in this promotion falls below the Dutch threshold for gambling tax, so no gambling tax is withheld or due.

Your statutory rights

This promotion does not affect your 14 day right of withdrawal or your statutory rights in respect of a faulty product. If you withdraw from an order that has already been refunded under this promotion, we will not refund it twice, and the delivery charge is handled under our standard returns policy.

Changes

We will not change these terms to the disadvantage of participants during the promotion. If circumstances force us to end the promotion early we will announce it and honour every qualifying order already placed.
